Positive: very attentive host. beautiful grounds and quiet. close to shopping and restaurants on wonderful mambo beach. daily bus to grocery store for longer stays. safe for walking to the casino and other grocery stores. seaquarium entrance and entrance to mambo beach is on your doorstep. easy elevator access to all of this from the second level unit . i have found few places with better beach access snorkelling . go out past the big rocks at the end by the sandy beach. once you are past the big flat surface the water coral and fish are fantastic. a gentle current pushes you back to shore and looks worse from shore than it is.
Negative: we questioned whether we should have to pay a deposit when none was required at booking. we would have been happy to pay a small deposit but with the help of booking,com the issue was resolved and there were no issues after that . some lower units that are directly waterfront get more party noise from mambo beach, this unit has guests below that use a patio outside so you have to respect their privacy.
Summary: overall good vibe and good value for money. would recommend.
