Positive: Great value for the price and was clean. Tub could use a deep cleaning, & kitchen sink but overall very clean. Great view of a Soccer field. We'll stocked, although maybe some handsoap and shampoo would improve someone's stay. Great communication
Negative: Location was a little further than we thought from the stadium, but that's our fault for not better researching. Apartment Building seems to be a little older and feels a little run down through the entry doors you take, but the apartment itself is nice. So it's the building and location that takes away some of the ratings of the rental.
