Positive: Good airport pickup. Pleasant and very responsive host. Apartment generally clean and in good order, properly furnished and well stocked with essentials. Very quiet in and around the apartment. Wi-fi works well, connection is good even outside the building. Water heater that started leaking during my stay got fixed very quickly and efficiently. Card payments accepted.

Negative: Location on Google Maps was inaccurate: better check and mark the precise location immediately upon arrival so that you can find the house later. The area surrounding the building was not nice: rather poor public infrastructure, construction in progress.

Summary: Nice apartment, but the location not so much.
