Well equiped apartment in Cabo Roig/Compoamor. Beedroom, 2 bathrooms and american kitchen and livingroom. Big terrace with nice view of the pool and sea. The flat is the only in the buildning with direct access to the pool. 300 meters to the beach. Garage and elavator. Nice blue flagg beaches close by.
Close to shops, restaurants, doctors and several golf courses. Supermarket Consum only 200 meters away. The restaurant street the Strip only 50 meters away. Lacenia Bolouevard shoppingcenter wit 150 shops is only 2,5 km away. Cabo Roig is 9 km south of Torrevieja, 35 minutes by car from Alicante airport.
Airport San Javier - Murcia (ryanair) is very close.

Summary: lovely apartment, with lovely views, close to bars, supermarket etc. area around to bars etc all flat, helpful as we take elderly mum in wheelchair, complex itself also suitable due to ramps around complex, lift in each building, and walk in steps for swimming pool. we were a party of three, apartment suited us fine. comfortable and well equiped. our only complaint which owner is aware of, was cleanliness on arrival. beds wern't made up, dishwasher and washing machine were both full, fridge hadn't been emptied or cleaned. obviously not the owners fault, but we felt we had to clean everything, towels etc before use as wern't sure what was clean and what had been left dirty. owner was going to chase this up with clean ing company, but don't know what the issue was as he didn't get back to us about it. other than that no complaints and would use apartment again in the future
