Finca Filicumis has five apartments, one of them is Apartment S'Alcadena with magnificent views over the farm's orchard and the surrounding mountains. It has a large living-dining room and kitchen space, with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which is double with an en-suite bathroom, and the other double with a mezzanine. It can accommodate up to four people and the possibility of an extra bed for children on request. It has an area of 105 m2 and is fully equipped to spend a holiday with all comfort. There is also free access to a communal outdoor swimming pool. Free parking available on request.

Just 10 minutes from the finca is one of the most important towns on the Island, Inca, which has a great tradition of shoe making and boasts the coveted Camper shop. Caimari, Mancor de la Vall and Selva are all picturesque neighboring villages which can be found along the route to the Lluc Monastery.
