This beautiful bright apartment decorated in Ibiza style is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of an apartment complex on the Sneekermeer. From the accommodation and its balcony you have a beautiful view over the Sneekermeer. The apartment, which is located on the first floor, is accessible via a staircase. The bright, spacious and high living room with loft has a seat near the television, here you can sit comfortably on the double sofa and separate armchair. The spacious dining table offers space for 6 people, so you can dine spaciously or invite friends or family, but the table is also spacious enough to, for example, partially work. Behind the dining table is a cozy play corner with a small seat and some toys for children. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with mirror and storage space and a toilet. Directly from the living room you step onto the private balcony with a beautiful lake view over the Princess Margriet Canal where you can enjoy this unique location in the wonderful lounge chairs. Via the industrial spiral staircase in the living room you reach the open second floor (loft) with a single bed (80x200cm) and a double bed (180x200cm), which are located in the same room. Here is also a bedside table and a cupboard for storing clothes and other luggage. The windows are equipped with blackout window coverings. On this floor you will also find the central heating cabinet and storage room containing, among other things, a vacuum cleaner. For the little ones there is a foldable camp bed (60x120cm) and a high chair. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. In the middle of the water-rich area of the Sneekermeer, this apartment is the ultimate base for water sports enthusiasts.
