Apartment Marques is a charming space full of character and warmth. Located on the 2nd floor of an historic building which overlooks the famous baroque bell tower, originally part of the old gothic church demolished in 1790. During the evening, when the bell tower is illuminated, you can go up to the communal roof space and enjoy a breathtaking view. As you enter the building you are transported to another century by the cathedral style architecture, metal forged gates and arched ceilings.
The apartment itself is well decorated with a variety of artwork, solid wood furniture, mosaics and original doors and features. It’s central location means no car is required to enjoy the local area, scores 98/100 in WalkScore. A quick 5-minute walk gets you to the Rambla or town center. A 20-minute walk gets you to the scenic beaches and, if you fancy visiting Barcelona or Tarragona you are just a short 15-minutes walk away from the train station. If you are coming by car there’s an underground car park just around the corner which costs 9,50 €/dia or 65 €/mes and has charging points for electric cars.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Upon entering, you'll find a welcome station containing a helpful home manual with local guide and some personal recommendations. There is a bright, open-living area with a comfortable corner sofa and a dining space for up to 4 people.

The third bedroom is an interior room with no window but boasts a fantastic vaulted ceiling, single bed, wardrobe and storage space. There is also a desk for catching up on work.
The main bathroom is ornate and offers a beautiful walk-in shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.
The living room and main bedroom both offer small balconies which overlook the narrow street below where you can sit and enjoy a glass of one of the many locally produced wines. There is also a communal roof terrace where smoking is permitted.
There are parks and sports facilities within easy walking distance as well as museums, shops, supermarkets and a variety of cafes and restaurants.
