We rent our holiday home on Plätlinsee in 17255 Wustrow / Mecklenburg Lake District. The offer refers to the ground floor apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
Living room with integrated fully equipped kitchenette incl. Crockery, pots, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine. Beautiful electric fireplace, TV, ceiling heating, ventilation system, terrace sliding element with pleats and insect screens. Spacious terrace with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue.
Bedroom with a generous box spring bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, blackout pleats. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets (sheets 1. 8x2m / covers) must be brought.
Bathroom with toilet, shower, large mirror cabinet and vanity. Hairdryer available. Again, ceiling heating and integrated ventilation system are available. Please remember: also towels and tea towels must be brought.
In the middle part of the apartment (Einganagsbereich) you will find a beautiful hall with wardrobe, mirror, panoramic windows. A likewise existing utility room can be partly shared, z. B. for storing suitcases, beverage crates, etc.
Our property is located in a newly developed holiday home area, which of course is growing gradually. However, you do not have to expect direct construction noise because before, behind and next to us all measures have already been taken or will not take place this year.
The exterior of our house will be gradually expanded, fenced and fixed. The spacious property may of course be used for playing, parking, romping, relaxing, but is not part of the offer.
We also charter a brand new motorboat, which anchors in about 8 kilometers away Marina Wolfsbruch. Our holiday home guests can use all the amenities of this 4-star resort, which we have as a resident, free of charge. So z. B. Indoor swimming pool with outdoor pool, sauna, fitness rooms, games paradise for children and a stay at the chic marina.
