Incredible and luxurious penthouse in front of the Fair. This apartment is wonderful for anyone who wants to spend a wonderful stay in Seville.
It is located in a modern building with elevators.
It is an incredible place, with lots of light and incredible views, decorated with very good taste as well as being very comfortable and warm. Fully equipped it is perfect for a maximum of 6 people.
The Space:
The very bright living-dining room is open-plan and very large, with the living room and dining area very separated. In addition, it has access to a terrace with wonderful views and where we have placed a table with two chairs, perfect for having a wine or a coffee while you rest watching these wonderful views.
The kitchen is American style, open to the living room, new, modern and designer. Equipped with the best appliances and everything you need to cook, it lacks nothing. We have created it in the most comfortable and functional way to perform its functions.
In addition, it is very large so three or four people can cook at the same time.
On the other part of the floor is the sleeping area, divided into four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The two bathrooms, new, modern and designer, have a shower, sink and toilet, equipped, large and with enough storage space.
The rooms are perfect for the rest of 6 people:
The first room is a double room with a double bed, huge built-in wardrobes and a warm and modern design.
The second and third bedrooms are single rooms, with a single bed, desk, storage space and one of them even has a TV.
The fourth room has two single bunk beds, storage space, closets and also direct access to one of the bathrooms.
All rooms are bright, exterior, pleasant, warm and tastefully decorated.
The entire house has air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi is throughout the house and available to guests.
Entry is via electronic lock.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
