Enjoy the perfect vacation in this comfortable furnished private and spacious 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator available. That means guests must be able to climb stairs. The apartment has an open living room with AC, a table for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen, It has a lovely private terrace. Clean remodeled bathrooms, light beige flooring, and modern decor in Condado. Only 6 blocks walking distance to Condado beach! Close to the supermarket, Walmart, downtown, and Old San Juan! The Gated parking is offered for one small car, the gate open manually. Must climb stairs to the second floor, (no elevator). This is a great value for smart travelers looking to be close to the main tourist attractions and the beach at a fraction of a hotel cost.

Summary: It was a bit confusing initially in regards to parking and the gates, but it was explained very clearly in the directions so we were able to figure it out. We were close to old San Juan and the apartment was very clean. There is a service elevator which was helpful as my husband has a broken ankle.
