Der historische Ortskern von Ürzig ist geprägt von kleinen Gassen und Winkeln sowie alten Patrizier- und Fachwerkhäusern aus dem 16. und 17. Jahrhundert. Daher wurde der gesamte historische Ortskern als Denkmalzone unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Das Marienkäferhaus befindet sich 50 Meter der Ortskern entfernt. Bis zu Moselufer sind es 200 m.
Das Marienkäferhaus wurde zwischen 1900 und 1920 gebaut. Wir haben die Schönheit diese alten Mauern freigesetzt, zu neuem Leben erweckt, bequem und modern gestaltet, um eine unvergessliche Erinnerung zu schenken!
Es ist ein dreistöckiges Haus mit Keller und Dachgeschoss. Das Haus wurde komplett mit Naturbaustoffe saniert. Es gibt drei Ferienwohnung, eine pro Stockwerk. Lichte werden über Bewegungsmelder bzw. per Fernbedienung kontrolliert. Infrarotheizung, über das Internet kontrolliert. Das Haus hat Elektrodurchlauferhitzer und WIFI.
Wir bitten die drei Wohnungen an, aber auch das ganze Haus. Ein Willkommendrink sowie ein sehr einfaches Frühstück stehen für Sie bereit. Die Wohnungen in EG und 1.OG haben Kamin. Die Wohnungen in EG und 2.OG haben Terrasse mit Grill Möglichkeit. Jede Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Süßstoff, Kaffeecreme, Olivenöl, Balsamico, Salz, Pfeffer und eine Flasche Wasser. Jedes Badezimmer hat Shampoo, Spülung, Duschgel, Bodylotion und Föhn. Es stehen 3 Fahrräder, 1 Schlauchboot und 1 Schlauchkajak im Keller gegen Aufpreis zu Verfügung. Falls Sie mit dem Fahrrade gekommen sind, kann kostenlos im Keller stehen bleiben.

The historic center of Ürzig is characterized by narrow streets and nooks and old patrician and half-timbered houses from the 16th and 17th centuries. Therefore, the entire historic center was placed as a monument zone under monument protection. The Ladybug House is located 50 meters from the center. It is 200 meters to the banks of the river.
The ladybug house was built between 1900 and 1920. We have released the beauty of these ancient walls, brought to life again, comfortable and modern designed to give an unforgettable memory!
It is a three-story house with basement and attic. The house was completely renovated with natural materials. There are three apartments, one per floor. Lights are controlled by motion detectors or by remote control. The house has infrared heating, electric water heater and WIFI.
We offer the three apartments, but also the whole house. A welcome drink and a very simple breakfast are available for you. Each kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, coffee cream, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a bottle of water. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hair dryer. There are 3 bicycles, 1 dinghy and 1 kayak in the basement with an extra charge. If you come with the bicycle, it can stay in the basement free of charge.
