Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!
