- DUPLEX VERDE PISTACHO: built in 2013 and with capacity for 8 people, it has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other attic with two beds), living room with kitchenette and four sofa beds, bathroom with shower and terrace.

It has a rustic mountain decor, neat and cozy, whose design is pistachio green (with blue bathroom). The house is built of pine and oak, which naturally generates a positive and warm influence on people.

The price is also calculated by the platform directly according to the number of people. There is a large shared garden with barbecue (works both with charcoal and firewood), pergola, solarium, sun loungers, hammock, various corners with garden furniture. Heating, barbecue fans, CD, DVD, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee grinder, hair dryer.
Possibility of babysitting service and cleaning service.
- Pets are not allowed.
- You can smoke on terraces, not inside houses.
- Please refrain from lighting candles.

The house will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure, unless prior agreement.

The natural park begins the same door of the property. We are in the middle of the forest and you can walk wonderful walks through the forest tracks. We recommend coming with comfortable footwear and enjoying nature.
We are on top of a mountain and always provide visitors with a detailed description of the route to get here by car, and the location for the GPS. There are several water parks nearby, marine zoo, karting, multiplexes, shopping centers.
Many restaurants with regional and international cuisine, specialties in paellas and fish.
Tennis, golf, minigolf, bowling and many beaches. Those of the Costa Maresme-Barcelona are big of white sand, and in the Costa Brava you will discover infinity of small coves full of charm.
We recommend coming with your own transport, or taking the train to Santa Susana and from there a taxi to the house.

From Barcelona airport: take the Mataró motorway along the coast, exit at Malgrat de Mar, Palafolls. First roundabout on the right: Sant Genís de Palafolls, Ciudad Jardín Urbanization.
We have several train stations nearby, the closest one is Santa Susana which is 6 km away. Every half hour a train passes to Barcelona.
