Summary: When we checked in, it was very nice that the lady spoke English. I’ve been to Columbia nine times now and I don’t speak Spanish and very few people speak English so it was very nice that she made the effort to communicate with me when we checked in there was a Super long page to check to make sure everything was there when we checked out she was stressed about the lighter was missing which was only a two dollar lighter so I went across the street and bought a lighter so she would stop stressing about it but they charged us for Dirty in the towels and the bedsheets, but that is part of the stay of a resort usually, I’ve been traveling for 50 years and I’ve never had this. I travel all over the world and cruise ships. There were some cockroaches in the unit so they need to spray for cockroaches. They charged us a deposit for dirty in the blanket and the sheets.
