Positive: Nice location if you want to explore Islas Ballestas or if you need a stopover on your way to Nasca. Located in a kind of attractive compound style community. Good parking opportunities close to the apartment.
Negative: Overall not well maintained apartment with outdated furniture showing a lot of wear. Apartment was not very clean. Internet did not work until last day of our stay, although it was brought of several times with landlord. No hot water for 1.5 days due to a failure of heating system. However, was repaired although there was a public holiday. Overall, a little bit of a disappointing stay.
Summary: Nicely located apartment, that requires some modernization and cleaning
