Positive: Friendly family guest house. Clean, spacious room, good bathroom. The owners were very friendly and invited us to dine with them. they were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us as well as having good local knowledge. The hotel is about 10mins drive from the sea front and the centre of Silvi Marina which was ideal for us.
Negative: Although there was breakfast provided at the guest house; coffee, juice and brioche, they also provided a voucher for a local bar. The bar breakfast was only a coffee and a small pastry and not worth the fuss of going there. Not really a problem but we preferred to have breakfast at the property.
Summary: Nice friendly guest house with really hospitable owners, a good low cost base to explore the area
