- There are 3 bedrooms.
- Air-conditioning, Heating, Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms and Double beds are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have access to private sit-outs & decks overlooking the pool.
- All three bedrooms have a provision for an extra bedding as fold-away mattress.
Bathrooms:
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms in the villa, including the master bathroom with Walk-in Closet, Steam and Bath Tub.
- Besides, we also have a powder room attached to the living area.

- There is a 2000 sq.ft. lawn and a garden, which can seat up to 50 people comfortably.

- There is a fully functional kitchen in the villa.
- The kitchen is equipped with a oven, grill, refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.
- Though a private chef is available to prepare sumptuous meals of your choice, guests do have access to the kitchen.
Food & Beverages:
- A complimentary breakfast is offered.
- For vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, a complete 3-course lunch is priced at Inrper person, per meal and dinner is priced at Inr1500 per person, per meal.
- During peak seasons, such as Diwali, Christmas and New Year’s, the meal cost is Rs.2000 per person, per day.
- All meals for kids between 5-8 years can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per day. Meals for kids up to 5 years is complimentary.
- Outside meals are strictly not allowed.
- An additional 5% tax will be applicable on meals.
The guests have access to the entire Villa, including the private pool, attached deck and patio, lawn & garden.
The host is usually not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a comfortable stay.
