Enjoy this modern, central and peaceful home, whether with your friends or with your family. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests or 3 couples, with 3 comfortable Queen size beds. A sofa bed is available at $50 per person per night. ( At least 2 days' notice is required for the sofa bed).
The living areas are well lit with natural light and drenched in northerly sun during winter. The house is conveniently located, only 5 minutes drive to Belconnen shopping Mall, 5 minutes to Hawker shopping Centre and 15 minutes drive to the Canberra City Centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. These include a cook top, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, Expresso coffee machine, blender, electric fryer, rice cooker, wine glasses, etc. Long stays are welcome.

Summary: There was a little communication breakdown at first to get into the property but once sorted we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and the suburb was very central to all our needs. I would recommend this property to stay.
