Positive: Clean, bedding & mattress very comfortable. Large TV. Beautiful bathroom. Minimalist European vibe in decorating. Wonderful side view of ocean. Pool patio area furniture very comfortable and facing the beach.
Negative: Requested & received response that we would have bottom floor room (requested because of our age) but upon arrival was told no room was available except on 3rd floor. Kitchenette useless except for maybe making an egg for breakfast in a pan with sides. 3 of everything: spoons, forks, knives, glasses, plates, etc. so no sense to use dishwasher. Consequently, hand washed everything. Counter space 12"x 22" maybe; no small table to work at to prepare anything. No frying pan. Only sauce pans. No instructions on wall to explain how to use their particular induction stove top & that only certain induction friendly cookware will work on it. Chose kitchenette to save money and prepare minimal lunch/breakfasts. Not adequate at all. Descriptor needs to state minimal basic kitchen items.
Summary: Enjoyed the location but disappointed in kitchenette. Won't stay here again.
