Walking distance to practically everything in town, including many great restaurants and bars, shops and even a water park! It simply does not get better than this! This Beachfront Paradise is split into four separate units and that's right, you get them all! Therefore this listing is perfect for those large family reunions or wedding parties. There are two one bedroom cottages in the front and two, two bedroom units in the back with stunning beach views and all four units have their own private entrance! Plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided for the whole family!
This Beachfront paradise is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the inter-coastal waterway with breath taking views of the ocean, beach and sunsets! It also happens to be one block from the heart of Indian Rocks Beach including many great restaurants, shops and bars. Walking distance to the famous Original Crabby Bills as well as a Splash Harbour Water Park.
This paradise consists of four separate units, two immaculate two bedroom units directly on the beach with stunning views of the beach including those magical sunsets. One of the two bedrooms are located on the whole first floor and the other is located on the whole top floor. Each have there own private entrance. There are also two one bedroom cottages located out front both with sleeper sofas and private entrances. In total this home can sleep 18 making it perfect for those large family reunions, weddings or that special celebration!
Once you enter, you will be greeted by the amazing water views. Three of the bedrooms have beach views as well, including the two master suites (one located upstairs and one downstairs). With everything being walking distance you truly do not need a car, but if you are bringing one there is plenty of parking in the long spacious driveway.
