Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the rooms or anywhere else in the house is strictly prohibited.
In case of violation, a $300 USD fine will be applied.
Visitor Policy
Guests are allowed to have visitors, additional charges will apply to the visitor's entry ONLY IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE:
$50 USD per person for daytime visits.
$80 USD per person for overnight stays.
It is mandatory to provide documentation for all individuals included in the reservation at the time of booking. Visitors are always the responsibility of the guest.
