Being the original seat for Fannin County, Morganton is known for the Morganton Point Recreation area located on Lake Blue Ridge offering everything from swimming and fishing to boating and day-use areas. The main drag of town sits just eight miles away where you can find a few tasty local restaurants and small-town vibes. Plus, venturing a bit further will lead you to the charming town of Blue Ridge with even more fun attractions.
*Please Note- This cabin has an incredible view which will require you to go up hill to get to the view. Fortunatly all of the steep parts are paved therefore no need for 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive unless we have snow or ice. There are also some areas of the road that are single lane with turnouts.
**Please note that this cabin has satellite internet which is all that is available in the area. It will not be as good as internet in more populated areas.
***This cabin does allow pets but there is an additional pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet per stay.***
