Summary: Die angesetzten Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser) waren überzogen teuer und relativierten den Gesamtpreis für die an sich günstige Unterkunft. Die Heizung war defekt und wurde erst nach drei Tagen repariert. Trotzdem waren die Nebenkosten so hoch, dass nach einer Woche Gesamturlaub beinahe die gesamte Kaution (100 Euro) aufgebraucht war. Das vorhandene UKW-Radio brummte ununterbrochen. Einen Internetanschluss gibt es nicht (Angabe beachten!), aber auch das Handynetz war schlecht.
