This gorgeous home sits at the foot of Oak Park, the heart of Jack Island, a part of the new Kiawah River sea island community. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, and sleeping 8, come sit among beautiful oak draped in Spanish Moss from the breezy wrap around porch space, perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails with friends and family.
Aloha Place includes an elevator, 2 car garage access, a spacious deck for dining outside and sitting area on the lawn. There are 4 bedrooms including three king sized beds and two twin size beds in the home. The 2nd floor main living space, kitchen, half bath, dining room and king bedroom with walk in shower are located on the main floor along with a laundry room. The 3rd floor offers 3 bedrooms and a small living room. Bedroom 2) King bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3) King bedroom with shared jack and jill bath/tub combo.
