Offering plenty of space, with a large L-shaped lounge in the main living room, picture perfect sunroom/dining plus large rear deck - the ideal place to take in the beach views through the trees. The extra large kitchen is stacked with everything you need to cook up the holiday feast. And with 8 beds to choose from, you'll find you're easily accommodated.
Ideally located to be within a 10 minute walk via public pathway down to the beach, cafes and Avoca Beach Picture Theatre. Parking for 3 cars, with 1 in the carport, 2nd in a side parking bay and you can park a 3rd in the driveway, but in tandem with the carport.
Wifi is included. Pets on application. Pet fee: $100.
