Open concept kitchen to dining with granite counters, breakfast bar, SS appliances, pantry & pass-through window to outdoor dining. Another very special feature is the upper sundeck located off the primary bedroom. Includes Sonos, WiFi, streaming TV, all utilities and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays for cleaning.
