Positive: The apartment has two large balkonies!! One on each side of the apartment. On the other side there is city view and view to a church. On the other side there is view to a park. Birds are singing in the trees. You can select if you want to sit in shadow or in the sun. The apartment is located in a nice quiet residential area. No trafic or any other noise. Very good food stores are near by. You can walk to old town or to a beach in less than 10 minutes. Bus station is also very near. Everything in the apartment is new and working. Airconditioning is very efficient! The owner is most helpful and friendly. Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Chania! Highly recommended!
