Positive: We loved everything about this hotel, especially the location right on the beach. We booked the junior suite and had panoramic views of the beach from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, available if you needed anything 24/7. The hotel, restaurant and pool area was so clean and maintained really well. The beach is right outside the hotel and the loungers were included in the price of our room (not sure if depends what room type you book!) There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, there are signs up requesting loungers aren't reserved which some guests ignored. Breakfast was included and there was so much to choose from, eggs made to order however you fancy them, there is even cava available! Would really recommend for couples, such a great stay!
Negative: We only had one minor issue, which was you had to pay €40 with a €10 deposit to use the safe in the room. We just felt this wasn't great considering we paid over €2000 for the room. Not an issue with the hotel but the sand on the beach isn't soft, it's gritty!
Summary: We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santa Susanna!
