Positive: We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome! The location is perfect — only about 2 minutes from Termini Station, the main train station, and very easy to find. The hotel is very clean and has great A/C, which was especially important during the hot weather. But what really made our stay special was the staff, especially the owner. They were so kind, friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. No matter what we needed, they were always there to help us. This was actually our second stay here, as we also stayed last year. We loved it so much that we came back again! Last year, they even prepared something special for my friend’s birthday, which made her incredibly happy. ❤️ I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. The location, cleanliness, and especially the amazing hospitality make it a place we would happily stay at again! 🥰🇮🇹
