Positive: Room was nice and location from the Termini station was walkable even withs luggage.
Negative: The "view" from the room was on the very huge construction street. It was very loud and noisy but the most unexpected was that there you can hear everything what's happening behind the room door. People coming at night at 2am, or 4 am, smashing the main entrance door. It's not a place if you need peace and quiet.
Summary: Location and room is nice but noise is unbearable.
