The property sits on 5 acres, with plenty of space to explore the beautiful hiking trails, including dry river beds and walking paths nearby, Car and RV parking are available in many spots for your convenience.
Please make note: The clothes washer is just 3 minutes from the house at The Orchards at Kolob! Just walk in front and to the right through the passage door are Large load washer and dryers! We do not like to inconvenience you, we have had issues on other sites with guests putting anything and everything in the washer and damaging it so we do this. It’s easy. You can do bigger loads and is faster!

Zion of course. Narrows is definitely my favorite hike. Especially during the heat. The Narrows is a moderate hike, but you will need a good walking stick, definitely definitely helpful.
Angels Landing is a pretty long hike. Some grippy, good hiking boots are definitely required. You need to know more about this hike before you do it.

The Watchman is a great little simple but very scenic hike that scales you up the base of it and gives you majestic 360 views once to the top area.
Canyon overlook is always nice. There are so many good hikes in and around Zion. Doing a little research online is very helpful for this undertaking.
The Pa’rus trail
Virgin river banks is a super easy hike to enjoy.
Always bring plenty of water for the hike and a snack of some sort. Pack light but effective for the trip. I rent water shoes which help alot for the water which comes up to the waist for some points that are pretty long.
