It is located on a quiet birch-lined road three miles from the villages of Sugar Hill and Franconia, and five miles from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo and Profile Lakes, and Cannon Mountain ski area.
The house is comfortably furnished with country antiques, artworks, and charming accessories.
