This small cottage features a charming bedroom, bath, and kitchen, as well as a relaxing front room and outdoor space for grilling.
Recently purchased and refurbished, the 1947 cottage received all-new furniture and new interior paint.
Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. This does not effect parking or beach access and is largely underground.

Summary: Nice location. Shower would not drain and backed up with sewage. Toilet wouldn’t flush or drain correctly. Issues were brought to owner’s attention and no solution was offered. Had walk down the street to use toilet at public beach access and wasn’t able to shower for the last three days of our stay.
