There are 2 bathrooms (one with bath) and a separate third toilet. Downstairs the European style kitchen has quality appliances including a dishwasher and there is ample living and dining space with air conditioning and heating.
The large comfortable living/dining area has large sliding doors than can open up onto a north facing patio that has outdoor couches looking across the bay to the You Yangs, a 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.
