Positive: I liked the area.
Negative: I did not like the cleanliness,smell, and the broken fixtures. They had such strict rules but none of the other people followed people they were having parties and some people got silly string on my car.
Summary: The overall value of this property was disappointing. Several fixtures were broken, the restroom was not properly cleane
