Summary: La communication avec Majordome Privé est bien réactive. Juste un point de détail : j’avais demandé s’il était possible d’arriver avant l’heure standard de 17 h, et si possible dès l’arrivée de notre train le matin, pour déposer nos bagages. Si le logement avait été loué jusqu’au matin de notre arrivée, j’aurais sans doute pu avoir une réponse négative déjà plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée. Or le logement n’était pas loué la dernière nuit avant notre arrivée, donc nous avons dû attendre le matin de notre arrivée à 10 h pour savoir si nous pouvions venir déposer nos bagages le matin-même… alors que notre train était déjà arrivé ! Les réservations pour le soir-même étant clôturées à 20 h, pourquoi ne pas nous avoir informés dès 20 h que nous pourrions venir déposer nos bagages le lendemain matin dès l’arrivée de notre train ?
