Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the walls.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm.
Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
