Villa Fosca is located in the village of Zoagli , near Portofino, in an exclusive residential complex that overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio and Portofino in front .
The house is surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature that frames a beautiful stretch of beach , ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility and enjoys private access to the beach house . The sea area is composed of a series of platforms on the rocks with a ladder that leads to a water so crystal clear that it is as if you were connected by a boat. The sea area is equipped with outdoor shower 's fresh water , toilets.
The house is 150 square meters plus a large covered terrace overlooking the sea equipped with sofas and dining table. In addition, a large garden with lawn and another terrace with sun loungers , table and umbrella. All in the greatest privicy and overlooking the sea . From the garden which can be accessed directly via a staircase to the beach area . ( 50mt )
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
