Tucked away in Morgan County, right outside the city limits of Huntsville Alabama is our newest and smallest addition, A Little Rugged! This “wheel estate” has a total of 228 square feet, sleeps a max of 4 adults and has all your comforts of a full-size home! The location is an adventure travelers dream; Just a short distance to Screaming Eagle Zip-lining at Lake Guntersville, kayaking at the NACK, Hiking at Monte Sano Park or tackle the outdoor obstacle course at GoFAR USA park. For adult entertainment we have Standup Live comedy club, local artisan microbreweries at Campus 805, Karaoke at The Station, indoor rock climbing at High Point, Ax throwing at Civil and so much more. It’s no surprise that Huntsville was ranked the 11th best place to live in the US. We love it here, and we bet you will too!
To get her full story you’ll have to book #alittlerugged, but this unique space was built in 2015 as a road warrior, now she is permanently placed on a wooded parcel next door to our family farm. Rest assured your privacy is valued every bit as much as we value our own, so we took extra care in designing the outdoor living space to be a private and intimate getaway.

We know that the best therapists have fur and four legs, so we welcome your domesticated companions! Please be mindful and clean up after your pet. Our local law does enforce leash laws, but more than anything we don’t want Fido to go missing in the woods. No pet fee applied.
From the moment you walk in you will be aww struck, every single item was intentionally chosen to fit this space. We don’t want to spoil all the surprises, but to cover the basics: there is a composting toilet (we’ll teach you how), a 10-gallon hot water heater for showers, and you’ll have air conditioning/heat for all seasons. Definitely “glamorous camping!” No tiny house is complete without having to climb a ladder to get in bed. The loft has a queen-size for two, there is an additional full-size pull-out Japanese mattress under the sofa to fit two more guests. Yes, we have Wi-Fi! In fact, we provide Disney+, HULU and ESPN. The kitchen has an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/oven and a pull-out table & chairs. There is outdoor dining, a propane fire pit and grill. The parking is big enough for 2 vehicles. And for those of you who are not very “outdoorsy,” other homes are within sight.
