This property is one of those houses that words fail to do justice, especially when it comes to the location. "Pedro" lies in the very heart of the beautiful fishing village of Port de Valldemossa. This town has just a handful of rented holiday properties, because so far it has remained entirely free of mass tourism. It still exudes the charm of the "real Mallorca" to this day. Several pretty fishing houses and an excellent restaurant/cafe with Mediterranean cuisine are lined up here. The small harbour boulevard ends at a lovely swimming beach. Even in high season, it is mostly uncrowded, so there is always plenty of space on the pebbled beach. Most of the people are day visitors from the hinterlands who want to spend a day at the beach or enjoy their dinner by the sea at the restaurant.
The interior of the property can also be very nice. Its 50 m² contain everything you need for an independent holiday. This includes a small, fully equipped kitchen. It has an open design and flows into the cosy living and dining area with a table, four chairs, a comfy corner couch, fireplace, and TV. The house has a heating and air-conditioning system, so the nights will be comfortable even during the hot Mallorcan summer. During cooler seasons, the heater and fireplace keep the temperature cosy. There are two bedrooms altogether. One has a double bed; the second has bunk beds and is ideal for a third person or up to two children. Enjoy the evenings on the roof terrace, seated high above the harbour activities, savouring a home-cooked meal while enjoying the sunset over the sea. This sunset is said to be one of the most beautiful in Mallorca.
Head out for the evening and stroll a bit past the original houses and the fishing boats arranged in front of them. Find your favourite place to go for fresh fish and wine. The farmers' market takes place there every Sunday. The village is considered one of the most beautiful in all of Spain and has many small, windy streets, artists' studios, and cafes.
