The gîte "le Pin", located on the 1st floor of the house, offers: a fitted kitchen open to the living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace. Wood stove. A 2nd lounge area, with very good quality sofa bed, flat screen TV, home cinema, DVD player (many DVDs available), bluetooth speaker and Fire Alexa stick, allowing you to access your Netflix, Amazon etc. subscriptions... No access to classic channels (apart from France Télévision). 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, electric. 1 bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. 1 travel cot + 1 high chair available. Reversible air conditioning. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Swing.
