Positive: The view is pretty extensive so it is nice if you like being high (23rd floor). The room is large and thanks to the height you wont hear any noise from outside. The location is not too far from the sights especially considering you can take a Youbike from nearby and progress pretty much straight to the enjoyable seaside promenade.
Negative: I chose this place solely because of the view and it was the most expensive place we stayed during our 2-week trip, but both me and my partner agree that despite being the most expensive, it was the least good. Not so much because the place itself would be bad, but just that we felt like the extra price was not worth it. The view is of course extensive, but our view was towards the city not the sea (sea view rooms cost even more) and the view of endless grey buildings was not that scenic. There was also a kind of musty smell in the room that was only removed when the aircon was working, but it worked too loud to sleep with it running.
