Do you want to stay a few steps from the subway in the middle of Zona Fiera? Home Sweet Home is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a large living room furnished and equipped with everything you might need.
The accommodation is spacious and quiet, bright, located on the first floor of a stately building with two elevators and was completely renovated in 2019, great for professionals and couples. It has air conditioning and central heating system. It consists of a large living hall with 50-inch plasma TV, DVD player and a large collection of movies ready to see. The bedrooms are two: a double bed (which can also be ordered with twin beds depending on your preferences) and a second with two single beds, a desk, and television and a large wardrobe. The master bedroom is adjacent to a wardrobe room / laundry room with sink, washing machine, ironing facilities and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a large window and a shower cabin and bidet. The kitchen is large and is connected with a bar counter to the living room. It has a dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso machine, toaster and crockery, cutlery and everything you need to prepare lunches, dinners and breakfasts. The furniture is new and all rooms and kitchen have wood floors. The kitchen and the dining room open into a balcony.
Among the amenities you will also find a safe at the wall, the anti-intrusion door, the hairdryer, towels, bed linen, duvets and free WiFi at 2 Mb/s.
The area Lotto - Fiera di Milano is one of the areas that are being developed further for the Expo 2015 and one of the best connected with the rest of the city and its hinterland. An elegant residential area with many green spaces also close to the streets of expressways.
Its location is strategic: at 1-minute walk there is the Lotto Fiera Milano City Red Line underground (with the new Lily Line opened for Expo 2015), 8 stops (12 minutes) from Piazza del Duomo. With only 6 metro stops you will arrive at the station of Piazza Cadorna, well connected to the main railway station and railway lines with fast direct to the airport of Malpensa.
The new Rho Fair is 8 metro stops away. If you are staying in Home Sweet Home, you certainly do not need a the car, but about 300 meters from the apartment there are many free parking areas.
Within walking distance, less than 200 meters, there is the Lido di Milano, a multisport area with a large swimming pool (open from June to August), tennis courts and basketball courts, jogging and biking area. Just in front of Lido di Milano is the stop of the double-decker tourist bus line C that will accompany you on a visit to the most interesting and elegant in the city. In the district there are many bars and restaurants open all year round.
At 200 mt across P.le Lotto there is a Mc Donald restaurant.
The apartment building has a concierge service in the morning from 7,30 am to 1 pm
Quiet hours are from 1 PM to 3 PM and after 11 PM
Check-in after 12 AM until 5 PM
Check-out not later than 10 AM
For each guest over two € 20.00, this fee will be applied for each additional person and for each night of the reservation.
Beware the weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday is the basic rate of € 150,00 per day
Rentals also monthly € 2,000.00 expenses includede up to a maximum of three months (prices to be agreed)
