Welcome to a spacious family villa in Yngsjö! Here you live comfortably and there is room for everyone. Here you live near the sea and a lot of wonderful activities. Many also take the opportunity to visit the Otto-Glassfabrik when you are here just a short walk away. You are welcomed into a large entre with plenty of space for clothes and shoes. Further in, you have an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. You also have access to the large garden here. Here you start the day by preparing breakfast with a cup of coffee. Next to the living room is a large conservatory, also here with direct connection to the garden. In the living room there is also a sofa bed with room for 2 people (140cm). The beds are otherwise distributed with one bedroom with a 120cm bed, one with a single bed and a junior bed, one with a sofa bed for one person (120cm), one with a double bed, one with 2 extra beds located in the basement. There are two very nice bathrooms that are fully equipped. One is in the basement and next to it is the laundry room if it needs to be used. In addition to beautiful beaches, there is much to do in Skåne and Blekinge within a reasonable distance. In Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have many possibilites to do so here. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing tours that leave from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real pearl of the archipelago! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor tavern Skutan facing the glimmering water and the fishing boats.
