In addition, it has a private terrace to calm down the sun with a barbecue area, ideal for living abroad while enjoying the good weather, also a storage room and 2 parking spaces.
This urbanization is a family atmosphere, where young and old children can play without risk, there is also a play area. It's like a small neighborhood to have a unique experience at 5min from the Sant Pol beach walking, you can not miss it, you'll love it!
