ACCESS TO CLUBHOUSE: To access the clubhouse, guests must pay a fee of $48.15 per stay directly at the front desk, where they will receive an access card and an identification wristband.
GYM - Hours: 4:00 AM-11:00 PM - Proper gym attire and footwear is required for gym use.
PARKING: Parking is free, with a limit of 5 cars per house, in front of the house only 2 cars.
• Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight;
• Vehicles improperly parked in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing by the owner.
• There is NO parking allowed on the grass, common areas, or any lot. Please do not block sidewalks.
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, ATV's, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Jet-Skis, and Boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
• Any damage to sod, landscape, and/or irrigation on homes will be the homeowner's responsibility.
• Gate Guards are not able to give away waivers to the parking roles
There is no parking at the clubhouse after 11:00 PM
Your vehicle may be towed if parked on the street (except in marked spaces), extending over the markings for a parking spot, parked without the proper guest pass, on any lawn or green space, blocking or impeding the sidewalk, or a manner that may impede the passage of emergency or utility repair vehicles.

- USEFUL INFORMATION:
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING: We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Upon arrival, the house will have the following complimentary items:
Bathrooms: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
Kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Laundry: 2 laundry detergent packets.
Washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons.
For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend a trip to Walmart to purchase additional supplies.
ENTRY TO THE CONDOMINIUM – We need the full names and an email address for all adults staying in the house during your stay. Each guest will receive a QR code for entry into the condominium and clubhouse.
Please send this information at least 2 days before your check-in to avoid any issues at the time of your arrival. We are not responsible for names that are not provided by the requested deadline.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL:
1-Cost: $45.00 per day.
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Temp. will not exceed 90F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• SUMMER KITCHEN: Cost: $85.00 for your entire stay, there is a cleaning and 1 propane refill fee for the barbecue grill, If the propane runs out, it is the guest’s responsibility to provide an extra refill during their stay. If the propane runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any extra refills.
. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking any type of cigarette, vape, or similar inside or around the house, including balconies, is strictly prohibited in all properties managed by Best Price Vacation Homes. Oil lamps and incense are also banned due to persistent odors. If a guest is found smoking on the property, they will be notified of the cleaning and deodorization charges for the house and all affected items (e.g carpets, furniture, curtains, etc.). These fees will be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation, with a minimum charge of $450.
. PARTIES: Hosting parties is strictly prohibited on the property without prior written consent via email from Best Price Vacation Homes. Failure to comply will result in a fine starting at $1,500, in addition to the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Disturbances which result in security or law enforcement intervention will carry a fine of $500 or more. Fines may be deducted from your deposit and/or additional charges applied to your rental.
. PET POLICY: To ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain a hygienic environment, pets are NOT allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property without prior authorization, a non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged to the credit card on file, along with any additional costs for damages caused by the animal.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Valet Trash Services Are Scheduled Sunday to Saturday 7 days a week. Please place your trash in the provided brown waste bin outside the home by 6 AM every morning. Remova! of trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day. NO LOOSE TRASH, all trash needs to be placed within a trash bag, up to 50 lbs. All boxes are to be broken down, bundled, and placed beside the waste bin. Please Pick Up After Your Pets. lt's the Law.
Excessive trash in the house (bags, boxes, etc.) can generate a fine of up to 200.00 after your checkout, cleaners are not obliged to throw them away.
• HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS – For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep
