Welcome to Tofsö, which lies south of Trosa. Swim in the sea that peeks out between the trees or take a dip in the small lake, all within 300 meters of distance. The house, which has a very good standard, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which ensures peace and quiet. You have an open plan between kitchen and living room with high ceilings, which makes it feel spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with a nice kitchen island with adjoining dining area and a cozy sofa corner with a stove for cooler evenings. You have seven beds in the house divided into a double bed, 2 single beds, a single bed in three bedrooms and a large sleeping loft with two beds. Around half the house runs a large terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture and space for relaxation and lovely dinners on a summer evening. The owner has a guest house on the property which she uses on occasional occasions in connection with the supervision of the house. Around the house there are plenty of grassy areas for play and outdoor activities. You can reach the cozy town of Trosa in 20 minutes and if you want to live big city life in Stockholm for a day, you are in the city in about 1 hour, there is also a train connection from Vagnhärad about 20 minutes from the house. If it is in season and the weather is right, there are plenty of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms. In the immediate area there are great opportunities for walking and cycling tours. Feel free to bring a bicycle, although some simpler bicycles are available to borrow. The Sörmlandsleden is only a few kilometers away. If you are interested in MTB, visit Bergs gård 11 km away and their MTB arena. They also have a farm shop, kitchen and cafe. Stendörren's nature reserve offers a beautiful archipelago environment where you can visit Naturrum and watch sailboats and motorboats pass by very close, there are also kayaks for rent. We can recommend a visit to Tofsö Deli, which sells various Swedish delicacies but also has a cafe and ice cream in summer. Other places to visit: Nynäs Castle 8 km away with exhibitions, activities and café during the season and the royal Tullgarn Castle, which you can reach in half an hour. Mariefred and Gripsholm castles are about an hour away.
