On the 1st floor you find the kitchen and dining area, family room that has slider’s out to the back deck covered with awnings. On the 1st floor there is a master suite with a queen bed, full bath and slider’s that lead onto the front deck. The 2nd bedroom has a set of twin beds, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, each set is twin on top and bottom There is a hall full bath with tub/shower and the laundry room. On the 2nd floor is the Great Room, lots of space for the family to gather, there is also a kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Drip Coffee maker. There are slider’s out to the deck where you have beautiful views of the bay, just sit back and relax. The 4th bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with walk in shower, walk out onto the covered deck with an awning, there is also a 2nd laundry area located on the 2nd floor and a full bath. Bedroom # 5 with a queen bed and bedroom # 6 with a double bed complete the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor master suite with a king bed, master bath. Bring the family down and enjoy time together in this beautiful home. The garage is not for tenants use. Owner has added an EV charger to the property. Also added for the 2024 season is a 7-person Hot Tub for your enjoyment!!
