Positive: Everything was in tip-top shape and immaculate. Property 10/10. Even better than we had hoped. The house was beautiful and in a great location There is also a garage you can use, which was terrific. It was also well-furnished with kitchen tools and dishes. The second bedroom had a private bath. Effectively making all three rooms have their own bathrooms. The beds are quite soft. I like them firmer, but others may find that luxurious.
Negative: VACASA. This third party company manages everything and the spam my email and text messages constantly with useless info and "reminders" to download their app. I just looked and I have 13 emails from them. Seriously. I blocked the texts, so IDK how many came. If I see them again, I will avoid. Also, the listing had the wrong address listed (it was actually next door). We wouldn't have figured it out without the friendly neighbors telling us. There were places in the app/listing that said one address and other places that said a different one. Also the door code is someone's phone number, which is super long and hard to remember, but at least you can do it yourself. The house stayed... reasonable on a 90 degree day though. Unfortunately the thermostat was set to a locked position with a pin code so we couldn't turn it down.
Summary: Excellent house in perfect location, spoiled only by Vacasa management company
