Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Additional guests after 6 would require an extra charge of $60 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet (including daytime visitors) not disclosed prior to the stay is $100 per head.
